The Hotel
All of our 35 contemporary king-size and twin hotel bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, a TV, ironing facilities, plus complimentary Wi-Fi, tea and coffee.
Our guests can enjoy access to two 18 hole championship standard golf courses, a 9 hole par 3 Academy golf course, residents’ gym, and an outdoor bowls green. Not to forget the Lounge Bar, offering fabulous food, well stocked bar and stunning views.

Rutland Lodges
Comfortably sleeping 6 people, our eight lovely Rutland Lodges each have three bedrooms, one ensuite and one family bathroom.
The open plan living area comprises of:
- lounge area with seating for 6, coffee table and TV
- dining area with dining table and 6 chairs
- fully fitted kitchen, with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, grill and oven and all the crockery and utensils required for a comfortable self catering stay
- outside decking area with table and chairs
Five of our Rutland Lodges are pet friendly – up to two pets may accompany their well-behaved owners on a holiday break at our Lodges. Our lodges are booked on a self-catering basis, towels and bedding are provided. All guests are welcome in our Lounge Bar 7 days a week, no need to book!
